Career Framework
The Career Framework is made up of the six new Position Designations across the top and ten Skill Competency Categories listed on the left. Position Designations have replaced the job grade numbers used previously.
Please consult with Human Resources or your supervisor if you do not know your present position designation as it is an important starting point for your career development journey going forward.
Each competency on the left is defined in detail throughout this document, along with examples of ways to develop and demonstrate your growth and achievement throughout your chosen career path and along the continuum of the new Position Designations.
As you progress in each competency, and your growth is reflected in your work and interactions, it will be a positive indicator of your career progress.
