Joe Tiapson, Chair
Assistant Director, BYU Dining Services
Joe received his bachelor’s degree from BYU in 2019. Joe has been working in retail operations since 1996 with a broad quick service restaurant background. Joe joined BYU Dining Services full-time in 2003 and spent many years in the Cougareat Food Court as General Manager. Since 2017, Joe has served as Assistant Director of Dining Services. In this capacity, Joe supervises many of the retail operations including the Cougareat, Jamba Juice locations, vending services, all Creamery locations, and the dining marketing department.

Steve Lawyer
eCommerce Channel Manager, BYU Store
Steve received his bachelor’s degree from BYU in 2001. Steve has been working in retail operations since 1991 beginning as a retail warehouse manager. Steve spent 7 years self-employed in the commercial shipping industry. He joined the BYU Store team in 2003 and has spent the past 16 years working in eCommerce. Steve has expertise in many facets of eCommerce such as search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing, fulfillment, user experience design, and he loves data analytics. Steve has served as the eCommerce channel manager since 2016.

Daunine Beck
Customer Consultant, Print & Mail
Daunine received her bachelor's degree from BYU in 1996. Daunine has been working in the printing industry since 1989 and joined BYU Print Services in 2005. She has worked in a wide variety of positions over the years and is a firm believer in being actively engaged in professional development. Daunine started as a machine operator and now works as a customer consultant.
