Job Rodriguez, Chair
Job received a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Technology from BYU in 2006. He later received an MBA from the University of Phoenix in 2010. He started his career at Frito Lay, where he served in multiple supply chain roles that included processing, packaging, continuous improvement, safety, warehousing, and fleet. He then went on to work at Nestlé Stouffers where he participated in TPM (Total Performance Management) and Lean Manufacturing projects. He loves what he does because it provides an opportunity to help people grow and collaborate in developing solutions that deliver results.
Brian Harris
For over 25 years Mr. Brian Harris has helped advance optimization processes and improved efficiencies at several major companies in Utah, where he has served in many leadership capacities, including; Vice President of Manufacturing and Director of Quality and Compliance. These companies cover many broad sectors which include; drinking water and storm water, air quality and food packaging. As a leader and expert in these areas, Mr. Harris also been actively involved on numerous committees where he has shared his knowledge and expertise to help others make significant improvements to their companies and processes. A few of these committees include; Chair of the Groundwater Protection Coalition, Chair of the Shared Laboratory Committee, founding member of the Utah Water Quality Alliance, and a long-time member of the Jordanelle Technical Advisory Committee.
